If participation cancelled before 31st July, then 50% of the Booking Amount will be forfeited.

After 31st July, 100% of the Booking Amount shall be forfeited.

After 31st May price will be increase by Rs 1000/ M²

Booking after 1st July 100% payment in Advance applicable without any discount or
scheme.
