Bimal group was established in 1984. The group has two manufacturing units which are located at Yamunanagar (Haryana) & Kalaamb, Dist Sirmor (Himachal Pradesh).

Our two divisions involved in manufacturing and exporting Aluminiums Extrusions Sections/Profiles and Dairy Equipment’s such as Aluminiums Alloy milk Cans.

The Company has a facility for manufacture of aluminium extruded products at its factory located at YAMUNANAGAR (HARYANA , INDIA). Bimal Extrusion is an ISO 9001:2015 & BIS(1285:2023 & 733:1983) Approved company.

The Company has Two extrusion lines with hydraulic presses of capacity 1050 MT & 750 MT to cater to a very large range of extrusions. Our annual production capacity is 4500 MT with these presses.

Manufacturing Extrusions profiles for various applications such as Industrial Profiles, Solar Frame profiles, Ladder, Architectural, Cycle Rim, Bus Body, Indian Railways, Electrical, Constructions, Geometrical Profiles, Hardware & Other customized Profiles Etc.

We have developed many extrusion profiles from simplex to complex for different-2 applications with the possible combination of Alloy, Tempering, Weight & Shapes.

Our quality control facilities include Hardness Testing machine (Webster & Rockwell HRBW), Universal Testing Machine(UTM) , Conductivity meter, Micron meter, Vernier Caliper, Pin Gauge & Direct Vacuum emission spectrometer for chemical composition of alloys Etc.
